I believe a thoughtfully styled culinary spread does more than nourish guests—it becomes the centerpiece of the party, sparking conversations and encouraging everyone to pause and savor the moment. Life by the coast
When I am not styling artisan cheeses, charcuterie, and fresh fruits, you can usually find me hunting for prehistoric shark teeth along the Gulf Coast beaches. Living in Sarasota truly feels like heaven on earth, and spending hours under the sun by the water is where I find inspiration, calm, and endless appreciation for our vibrant coastal community.
Owner is Karen A. Behny
Before launching Chic Charcuterie and Splash of Flavor Lemonade & Dirty Sodas, Karen built an accomplished career as a Senior Corporate Paralegal in Chicago, Illinois, bringing more than 34 years of professional experience to her work. A graduate of Northwestern University, she specializes in estate planning, trust administration, residential and commercial real estate transactions, probate administration and trust accounting. The law firm with which she is affiliated also has attorneys licensed to practice in Florida.
